Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reservio Connect (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. By using our Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, through email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Account Creation To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Types
• Professional Accounts: For individuals seeking employment, networking, or learning opportunities
• Business Accounts: For employers and recruiters posting jobs and hiring
• Instructor Accounts: For verified educators creating and selling courses

Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

You agree NOT to:

Content Violations
• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional material

Platform Abuse
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Circumvent security measures or usage limits

Harmful Behavior
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in fraudulent schemes or scams
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

Your Content You retain ownership of content you create and share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Platform Content The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Reservio Connect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Course Content Instructors retain ownership of their course content. By publishing courses, instructors grant us a license to host, display, and distribute the content to enrolled students. Students may access purchased content for personal learning but may not redistribute, resell, or share it.

Feedback If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

Course Purchases Course prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for courses you purchase.

Payment Processing Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information.

Refund Policy
• Courses: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase if you haven't completed more than 30% of the course content
• Subscriptions: You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for completed courses, certificates, or after the refund period

Instructor Payments Instructors receive revenue shares as specified in the Instructor Agreement. Payments are processed monthly for earnings above the minimum threshold.

Platform Provided "As Is" THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

No Employment Guarantee We do not guarantee that you will find employment, receive job offers, or achieve specific career outcomes through our Platform. Job postings and applications are between users and employers.

Third-Party Content We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of User Content, courses, or job postings. Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of opportunities and content.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESERVIO CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reservio Connect, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.

Informal Resolution Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@reservio.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration Agreement Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.

Class Action Waiver You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
